Everything you look after for a client: devices, networks, logins, licenses and documents.
Quotes, invoices, payments and recurring billing, and getting your time onto invoices.
Expenses, income, your bank accounts and the reports that sum it all up.
What your clients see when they sign in, and how to give them access.
Setting ITFlow up for your team: users, roles, mail, billing, templates and upkeep.
Connect your RMM, phone system and scripts to ITFlow: keys, requests, examples and every endpoint.
Putting ITFlow on a server of your own, setting it up, keeping it updated, and fixing problems.
New to ITFlow?
Start with Finding your way around. It covers the menus, the dashboard and how ITFlow is laid out around your clients. Then read Lists, quick looks and bulk actions: every list in ITFlow works the same way, so once you know one, you know them all.
Installing ITFlow on a server of your own? Start with Before you install. If you are setting ITFlow up for your team, go to Administration. It covers adding your team, mail, billing settings and the templates that save everyone time.

About these docs
These pages describe ITFlow 26.11. The screenshots come from a demo company, Summit IT Partners, and its made-up clients. Your ITFlow shows your own clients, and only the parts your role lets you open, so a menu item or button in a screenshot may not be there for you. If something is missing, ask whoever runs ITFlow at your company.
